Ever wonder what goes on backstage at an Argus Eyes production? Well, here’s your chance to find out!
I went behind the scenes with Director Carl Gonzalez and Argus Eyes’ president, senior Jacob Hines, to see what’s happening in Roy Irving Theatre this semester!
Next week, Argus Eyes presents Little Shop of Horrors–a musical about a downtrodden flower shop assistant named Seymour, who hopes to win love and fortune by nurturing a man-eating plant. Seymour will be played by Jacob Hines, who also starred as Dr. Frankenfurter in last semester’s popular production of The Rocky Horror Show. The director and much of the cast for Little Shop, are also veterans of Rocky Horror, and Little Shop promises to be just as amazing.
Argus Eyes’ production of Little Shop of Horrors opens on Tuesday, April 12th at 8pm in Roy Irving Theatre. Can’t make it? Don’t worry. You can also see the show on April 13th, 14th, and 15th at 8pm and on Saturday, April 16th at 2pm and again at 8pm. Just like all Argus Eyes productions, ADMISSION IS FREE.
